As a result, it registers even the smallest temperature differences and displays them clearly on the display. The thermal imaging scope features an OLED display with a resolution of 2560&#215;2560 pixels and a smooth image refresh rate of 50 Hz. This ensures all images are displayed smoothly and allows for comfortable observation. The Stellar 3.0 uses a thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 384&#215;288 pixels and a pixel pitch of 12 \u00b5m. The thermal imaging scope has an objective diameter of 35 mm.     <\/p>\n<p>The recorded images can be displayed in different color modes, allowing easy observation in different conditions. The HikMicro Stellar 3.0 SH35L features the following color modes: <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Black hot<br \/>\n&#8211; White hot<br \/>\n&#8211; Red hot<br \/>\n&#8211; Fusion<br \/>\n&#8211; Red monochrome<br \/>\n&#8211; Green monochrome<\/p>\n<p>The PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode also increases the possibilities for observing. In fact, the Stellar 3.0 features a minimum optical magnification of 4.2x and a digital zoom of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and 6x. With that 6x digital zoom, a maximum magnification of 24.2x can be achieved. PIP mode allows the use of that impressive magnification without losing the overview. The HikMicro Stellar 3.0 SH35L thermal imaging scope has a decent field of view of 13.1&#215;10.0 meters.    <\/p>\n<p>While observing, it is possible to take photos and record videos with audio with this thermal imaging scope. This can be done manually, but the Stellar 3.0 also features a so-called recoil-activation function, which automatically records a video as soon as recoil is detected. All photos and videos are stored on the 64 GB internal memory. Furthermore, the HikMicro Stellar 3.0 SH35L thermal imaging scope features a Hotspot function, making it possible to share files with and live stream the thermal imaging scope&#8217;s feed to a smartphone via Wi-Fi. It is also possible to update the thermal imaging scope&#8217;s firmware this way.    <\/p>\n<p>On the outside, the Stellar 3.0 thermal imaging scope looks relatively traditional and has the design of a conventional rifle scope. As a result, a conventional rifle scope appears to be on the rifle, but can still enjoy the extremely useful features that this thermal imaging scope has to offer. The one piece where that traditional design looks just off is the rangefinder (LRF, or laser rangefinder) on top of the lens, which has a range of 1,000 meters. The rangefinder feeds the measured distance directly into the internal ballistic calculator, making for a much cleaner shot. HikMicro&#8217;s Stellar 3.0 SH35L thermal imaging scope uses two internal rechargeable Lithium batteries and one rechargeable and replaceable 18650 battery. This allows the thermal imaging scope to be used for as much as nine consecutive hours before it will need to be recharged.     <\/p>\n<p>The HikMicro Stellar 3.0 SH35L thermal imaging scope has a sturdy housing made of aluminum and it weighs 830 grams without the external 18650 battery. It has an IP67 waterproof certification, making it completely dustproof and can be submerged in water to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes.
